FASoft is built around two connected applications:
APP.01 — WEB
Web Application
Handles all master records and the major asset transactions: asset modification and updates, asset transfers, user management, access privileges, and workflow configuration. Individual transactions can be handled screen by screen, or in bulk using an Excel import option.
APP.02 — MOBILE
Mobile Application
Mainly used to perform asset audits, though it also supports asset modification and asset transfer. It’s an offline application built for Android terminals, so audits can continue without a live connection and sync once connectivity is available.
One Connected System
The web and mobile applications share the same asset data in real time, so every record stays accurate whether it was updated in the office or scanned on the floor.
How Asset Tagging with FASoft Works
Once an asset is registered in the system, it moves through a consistent, trackable lifecycle:

Assets are registered in the system and RFID tags are mapped against each asset.

A depreciation class is defined for each asset category, and asset data is pushed to the ERP.

What is FASoft?
FASoft is an easy-to-use asset management application with a user-friendly interface that helps a business handle its complete asset management operations using RFID and barcode technology, including asset onboarding, transfers, disposal, and audits.
What is the difference between the web application and the mobile application?
The web application handles master records and major transactions such as asset modification, asset transfer, user management, access privileges, and workflow configuration, including bulk updates via Excel import. The mobile application is mainly used for asset audits (it also supports asset modification and transfer) and runs offline on Android terminals.
Does FASoft integrate with SAP?
Yes. FASoft supports a bidirectional integration with SAP. Master data (category, location, department, etc.), asset data, and disposal data flow from SAP into FASoft, while asset update data, asset transfer data, and asset audit data flow from FASoft back into SAP.
